I wanna make sure thatwhen you guys come to Wix you’re not confused about where to find all of these things normally. So we’re up under the marketingsection and automations, but let’s go back to the main menu so you can know where to go. Okay, so here is our dashboard. And from our dashboard, when we go down to Customer Management, this is where we can manage our customers.This is where we can workon our, like our inbox, our contact listing, and also set up automationsfor our business. And so I’m going to discardthe one that we’re working on so you can kind of see that. So we already have the one, the one that we set up rememberis the one that we have when someone submits their information to our 15% off email directory form, they’ll automatically get a email saying, hello, welcome to our email list.And here’s your 15% off rebate. So these automated emails is gonna really help yourbusiness flow effectively because when a customer does something, then they’ll receive something from you without you having to actuallyphysically be there, okay? This is really important when it comes to settingup systems for your symbols. We are going to make aautomatic email for those who abandoned checkout. Now, if you scroll down, I love how Wix alreadyhas so many automations that you are eligible to really start to choose from. So for example, the one we’re gonna dois actually right here. And then this is going to be automatic.So this is going to show whatever piece they left in their cart, it’s going to automaticallyhave this here. It’s gonna have theproduct call and the expenditure and a button that takesthem right to their cart. So if you like how thatis, you can keep it there. If you want to kind of editsome more things to it, you can go back to set up. And let’s add a little bit more messaging to make it a little bit more enticing. So I’m gonna revise this template and something that Iinclude in my abandoned cart email is something like, first of all, I think it’sgood to include their name. Over here, formerly I click onthe section I wanna revise, to the left I can add a dynamic quality, and I’m gonna chooseto say the first name.This is going to read, “Nicole, “we noticed you leftsomething in your cart.”( upbeat music) And publish. And the last thing is a trigger. I would say, you definitelywant to send this abandoned go-cart email within an hour, even within an hour of yourcustomer leaving their cart. Now you can definitelystop there and trigger it. But you all, my suggestion all the time is if youreally want to heightened the chances of themcoming back and actually purchasing from you, I would recommend setting up entire pour , not only one email, but a sequence, several emails to get them to come back and recover their cart.So I recommend that you actually add a follow-up action right here. Now of course you haveto upgrade to Ascend in order to have thismulti-step automation, which I recommend, because what you can do is you can actually send themanother email, 12 hours later. I would think you wannasend at least two emails for an vacated go-cart sequence. That room they see it the first time, but then you remind them that their cart is expiringabout a era or so last-minute. So you really get them to comeback and secure the purchase.So from this station, I’mjust gonna show this to you. If you choose to get Ascend and upgrade to do this multi-step, this is like, you are familiar with, the next tier, this is like intermediate. So we’re going frombeginner to intermediate. And so from here, youdefinitely wanna revise the email and time include some words that’s gonna get them to come back to something a little bit different like this item is selling out immediately, or your cart will be expiring soon. And if they became the purchasebetween step one and two, it won’t send them the email. But if not, I would definitelyrecommend doing that. However, if you choose not to just go ahead and initiate this, and once that’s done, you haveyour second automation done.So you have an automationfor a brand-new email customers, and you have an automationfor vacated go-cart. What about for those ofus who are having trouble getting actual visitors to our website, you need to work on your SEO. So this is the section for you right here. Just now, let’s talk aboutgetting beings to see your site. The next thing we wannado or right here is SEO, so search engine optimization. Let’s click on, Get Foundon Google, and I enjoy it.
