hey Jonathan Toews Nick the question is should I be doing email marketing I sounds a great deal about doing email sell and autoresponders is that something I need to be doing in my business yes we we securely believe in email marketing and autoresponders I have a big I have an opinion that’s different than numerous I is not like buying market schedules or email rolls and communicating spam my patients I have my patients email address I want to stay in communication with them on automated in an automated mode through email now conceded with our our customers and our prospects we likewise mail them things but we too use email we use both then we integrate the two together the results are far better when you do both when you have an integrated expedition of email and offline so you send I do I’m not telling you trying to sell you anything I’m not trying to convince you on why you need to buy something from me I didn’t really send you a video that says hey I’m the greatest company the world I want you to do business with me because I’d really like to grow my the enterprises and I want to send my colored kids to the best college and I miss this and I want that and “it wouldve been” I’d love to have your business and so on and so forth that’s not at all what I’m what I would do with my consumers it’s not what I’m doing right now right now you’re watching a video and I’m hopefully giving you some very very valuable information that you can take maybe it’s not all the information you signify but it’s enough to get your brain turning and thinking and saying you know that email marketing stuff might have some possible I might I might go investigate that a little further and do it or hey this Jonathan vitosha neat guy you know what he is just like he genuinely knows what he’s talking about it sounds like he’s really extending a real company and that he’s really constructed something this kind of might be work you know listening to at least taking a look at some more of his information I’m very concerned about giving you wise advice I do not like to give advice that I’ve not tried myself I don’t want to read stuff in a notebook and recite it to you I’m very concerned with that kind of stuff it’s my call on the line it’s my reputation so my extent here is in this email marketing stuff I think you want to think this way so you’re going to be talking to your potentials and your patients wishes to simply freely give them some information and constructed their trust you can’t just come to them and sell you can’t really write an email saying I miss you to do business with me because I miss your business because I’m the best they don’t care about that stuff they’ll slam you out and they’ll ignore you if you send them an email that’s trying to sell them something day one the first email they get from you and then day to you send fund other email was just trying to exactly sell them something driving this thing and you’re not open them anything you’re just saying hey I just wanted to take I require you come by for me then when they get their third email they’re gonna say you know what it’s subconsciously their say this dude ever moves me waste about buying nonsense I’m not interested and they just block they put you in their spam folder they block you they ignore you you have no relevance but I determined the other hand you freely established them information that very first email you said them that email was all about informing them on something about the service you add and it was a real value this gets back to empathy you’ve got to understand what are they genuinely looking for what do they genuinely be concerned about what would they truly want to read about you know so if your talk we’re talking about lawn care here nobody certainly Lee cares about grows that much really really cares about colorings of mulch and landscaping techniques and bloom diversities and tree motleys and insect questions nobody to be concerned about that nonsense they don’t want to read about that the only time they ever care about is when they have a brown spot in their lawn and they’re like why on the world out of brown spot and how do i get rid of it the fastest way possible they don’t want to read about that trash otherwise they don’t care about any of it otherwise so what do they care about generally that you might be able to talk to them about or what might you talk to him about that has almost nothing to do with long hair but that’s entertaining and interesting and they listen to yourself and they don’t chant you out and when they get your email they’re like hey you know this guy’s kind of funny or stories are good or you know you shares information that’s actually valuable when I read his emails they’re worth noting that’s what you want you crave your emails that you send out to your promises and clients to be the category that they don’t block and report as spam and turn off they got it you got to give something so the reason I said what I did about my videos here is that I’m trying to give you something I’m trying to earn your trust I make let’s be frank I these videos are there clearly I don’t only sit around all day long recording free videos for everybody simply because I’m the nicest guy in the world I’ve got some alternative ulterior motives not bad ones I’m trying to build a library and of answers I’m trying to understand your problems I’m trying to understand what one wants I’m trying to put information out there to show you that hey you are familiar with I’m not one of these guys ranging a hundred thousand dollar business that says that can recite what he read in a record I’m like the real deal I’m running multi-million dollar fellowships I understand what’s going on I can’t just say that to you I can’t just say hey I own multi-million dollar companies and I’ve been involved in corporations doing over 10 million dollars a year and I understand this in this and I can’t tell you that and you say oh wow you know that’s cool I want to work with you know I’ve got to show you I’ve got it like give you the information that proves it real information that you were able to represent abusing your business and get results tomorrow that’s how you’re going to cartel me so I’m open and drawing back the screen here and laying it out that’s what these videos are about I’m showing you that I know what I’m talking about and the only way i can be demonstrated you is just freely give it to you not give you a sales pitch i just got to give it out get introduced the information out there and I gotta really set good nonsense out there and the nature I framed good trash is I get your question and I answer questions I employed good nonsense out there you take it try it run with it it runs and you say you know what this chap operate discuss very and then you’d come back to me tomorrow or two years from now you say you know what I want to try out that application because if the software is even half as good as the information you’ve given me I know it’s real or I want to buy from you or I want you to help me get my website to the top of the search engines or I miss you to help me get a website or whatever it is you’re never gonna buy any of that from me you’re never going to come work with me unless first I prove to yourself that I know what I’m doing that I’m not like ninety-nine percent the other guys that claim they know what they’re doing but don’t and how do I get you to believe that I exactly freely give up myself the information and earn your trust
